An article in The Aeroplane (November 9, 1938) claims that there was an radio operator along with the pilot, who also died in the accident: "The pilot was Mr. A. G. M. Cary, who was in the R.A.F. from 1928 to 1933 and served most of his time in the Near East on bomber-transports. The radio-operator was Mr. J. Lyons."
The article states it was first fatal accident for the company, but it isn't true, see Jersey Airways.
And an article in Jersey Evening Post [1] confirmes that there were two crew members, naming all the crash victims by their names.188.163.75.0 (talk) 22:25, 22 December 2015 (UTC)Reply

Although that would not increase the total of fourteen dead, as Mr Lyons is included in the list of dead whether he was crew or passenger. Our article doesn't say it was the first fatal crash for the company. -- Necrothesp (talk) 14:05, 29 December 2015 (UTC)Reply
