You need reliable independent secondary sources. You can read more about that at WP:RS and WP:SECONDARY. "Independent" means the source isn't affiliated with you, or with any of the other people promoting the new orthography. – Uanfala (talk) 21:26, 2 April 2019 (UTC)Reply

This is normally a graphic variant of گ. However, Omniglot does say that it's been established for /k/~/n/ in some varieties of Punjabi. That's rather bizarre, so it would be nice to have a RS description of what's going on.
