It does not appear to be the only municipality with a Roma majority in the world - see for example http://www.edrc.ro/recensamant_loc.jsp?regiune_id=875&judet_id=1059&localitate_id=1069, http://www.edrc.ro/recensamant_loc.jsp?regiune_id=503&judet_id=810&localitate_id=856, http://www.edrc.ro/recensamant_loc.jsp?regiune_id=2568&judet_id=2646&localitate_id=2694 and http://www.edrc.ro/recensamant_loc.jsp?regiune_id=875&judet_id=976&localitate_id=997, all in Romania. Official Romani language elsewhere edit

It is said "Šuto Orizari is the only local administrative unit in the world to have adopted Romani as an official language." Some municipalities in Kosovo, such as Prizren, have Romani as an official language among others. Is there a difference in status? Is the sentence now outdated? Was Shutka the first municipality to adopt Romani as official language?
