Scaffidi began her career with a minor role as a waitress in the short film Uncomfortable Silence and Bea in Derailing (both in 2013). In 2015, she portrayed Georgette in the feature film Sam and Samantha in the short film Act, Naturally.[2] The same year, Scaffidi had a supporting role as Michelle in the independent comedy film The Networker.[3]

2016–present: Terrifier franchise and other projectsEdit

After appearing in a variety of film and television projects, Scaffidi was cast in the supporting role of Victoria Heyes, the antihero and sister of the protagonist Tara (Jenna Kanell), in Damien Leone's slasher film Terrifier (2016).[4] She was asked to choose between the characters of Dawn and Victoria ultimately choosing the latter. Her character is the first person to survive against the villainous character Art the Clown (David Howard Thornton). Initially, Scaffidi was reluctant to join the project due to the graphic content in the script but agreed upon meeting Leone. The following year, she portrayed the lead character Luce in the comedy horror film Demon Hole which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival and was picked up by SC Films and SP Releasing.[5][6] In 2018, Scaffidi had a supporting role as Alessandria in the feature length film Sarah Q.[7][8] She is set to reprise her role of Victoria alongside Thornton in Leone's upcoming sequel Terrifier 2 which is currently in pre-production and set to be released in 2020.

Scaffidi is primarily a Manhattan based actress. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Salve Regina University and a Certificate in Acting from the William Esper Studio.[9]
