Tashayev made his debut in the Russian Premier League for Akhmat Grozny on 27 August 2022 in a game against PFC Krylia Sovetov Samara.[1]
On 16 February 2024, Tashayev signed with Russian Second League club Dynamo Bryansk.[2]
