Rómulo Alberto Roux Moses (born 8 January 1965) is a Panamanian politician, lawyer, and businessman chairman of the party Democratic Change since January 2018.[1] He was the party's candidate for the 2019 general election. He ran again in the 2024 general election, and received 11.38% of the total vote. [2][3]
