Politicians meet

I moved the following entries to here, because they appear to describe that politicians have met each other, but this is not unusual. Notability lies in any outcome or public statement of the meetings, such as Obama's statement that "Palestinians deserve a state of their own", which is already mentioned on the page. U.S. President Barack Obama, in a formal visit to Israel and the Palestinian territories, visits Tel Aviv, has private audiences in Jerusalem with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and President Shimon Peres and a press conference and working dinner, then visits the Israel Museum and has a meeting, lunch, and press conference with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas in Ramallah, followed by an address to Israelis at the Jerusalem Convention Center and a state dinner hosted by President Peres where he will receive the President's Medal of Distinction. (The White House) Prime Minister of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdoğan begins a official state visit to the Netherlands, and meets with Queen Beatrix and Prime Minister of the Netherlands Mark Rutte.
