- Colerain Township
- Drumore Township

- Fulton Township
- Lancaster Township (PART, District 09)
- Leacock Township
- Little Britain Township
- Martic Township
- Millersville (including Millersville University of Pennsylvania)
- Paradise Township
- Pequea Township
- Providence Township
