Mehandipur Balaji Temple [1] (Devanagari: बालाजी मन्दिर) is a Hindu temple located in Mehandipur, Dausa district, located on the border of Karauli district and Dausa district,the temple is dedicated to the Hindu deity Hanuman. The name Balaji refers to Shri Hanuman in several parts of India because the childhood (Balaji in Hindi) form of the Lord is especially celebrated there. The temple is dedicated to Balaji (another name for Shree Hanuman Ji). Unlike similar religious sites it is located in a town rather than the countryside. Its reputation for ritualistic healing and exorcism of evil spirits attracts many pilgrims from Rajasthan and elsewhere.[2][3]

Shri Balaji temple is a World famous temple. About thousands of years ago Balaji himself appeared here, in his childhood form. This is a very proven and miraculous pilgrimage place, Famous by the name of Shri Mehandipur Balaji.
It is believed that by simply visiting to this temple and having the darshan of Shri Balaji Maharaj, Various mental disorders, Physical disorders and all kinds of sufferings get cured automatically, As a result of which, Devotees and pilgrims from all over the world keep on visiting this divine place in large numbers throughout the year.
In Shri Mehandipur Balaji Dham, Along with Shri Balaji Maharaj (Childhood Form), Shri Bhairav Ji And Shri Pretraj Sarkar are there.
Shri Mehandipur Balaji temple is not only a religious place, but also a center of social service. editThe temple has been known for many years, for exorcism from evil spirits attachments and black magic or spells. [5]
In 2013, an international team of scientist, scholars and psychiatrists from Germany, Netherlands, AIIMS, New Delhi, and University of Delhi started a study to evaluate all aspects of treatment and rituals at the temple.[6][7]
