This change uses semantic markup, remove reliance on {{font}} (to make it less of a high-risk template), and fixes MOS:LISTGAP issues (to ensure it works as intended, please copy/paste from the edit window). I request the following changes to this filter message:

  • Add a sentence (This is the consistent with the triggering condition of the filter and written in {{EFFP|redlink}}, so I believe it should reflect consensus):

    In general, "notable people" lists and similar are only meant for people who already have Wikipedia articles about them.

  • Modify the second bullet point (Put "provide reliable sources backing up your claim" first):

    If you were adding a notable name to a list and you can provide reliable sources backing up your claim, please go here in order to request someone to add the name for you.
