A lost episode is an episode of a television or radio series which now is, or in the past was, not available for rerun or release on home video or DVD.

- Suicidemouse.avi, a nine minute black and white Mickey Mouse looped video probably produced by Disney in 1930s in which the protagonist, in the second version, committing suicide.
- Dead Bart, an inedit episode of The Simpsons in which Bart, dies after a plane fall.
- Candle Cove, a 1970s children's series with creepy puppets.
- Squidward's Suicide, a SpongeBob SquarePants episode in which Squidward committing suicide shooting himself.
