Lethata anophthalma is a moth of the family Depressariidae. It is found in Brazil (Paraná, Amazonas), Venezuela, Bolivia, Paraguay, northern Argentina, French Guiana and Guyana.[1]

The larvae feed on Psidium guajava.[2]
