Kentucky's 28th Senate district

Kentucky's 28th Senatorial district is one of 38 districts of the Kentucky Senate. Located in the central part of the state, it comprises the counties of Bath, Clark, Menifee, Montgomery, and part of Fayette. It has been represented by Greg Elkins (RWinchester) since 2023.[1] As of 2022, the district had a population of 121,465.[2]
