Kasukabe Station is served by the following lines.

The station opened on 27 August 1899 as Kasukabe Station (粕壁駅). The kanji of the station name was changed to its present form on 1 September 1949.
From 17 March 2012, station numbering was introduced on all Tobu lines, with Kasukabe Station becoming "TS-27" on the Tobu Skytree Line and "TD-10" on the Urban Park Line.
In fiscal 2014, the station was used by an average of 72,401 passengers daily.
