Jayadeva Hospital metro station

Jayadeva Hospital is an upcoming important double-elevated interchange metro station on the North-South corridor of the Yellow Line and Pink Line[1] of Namma Metro in Bangalore, India. This metro station will be Bengaluru's first ever multi-elevated interchange metro station in the whole of Namma Metro network. Around this metro station holds the main Sri Jayadeva Institute of Cardiovascular Sciences and Research Healthcare Institute followed by Valtech, a software company in Bengaluru.

As per latest reports, the Yellow Line is stated to be operational around November 2024 due to the upcoming Indian general election which will occur during April–May 2024 and lots of trial runs along with more trainsets are required for commencement of operations [2][3][4][5][6] (under Pink Line, around 2025 [7]).

This metro station will comprise of 5 levels from underground to the top level as given below:-

  • Level 1 → Underpass connecting Bannerghatta and Dairy Circle
  • Level 2 → Street Level surface connecting Ragigudda and BTM Layout
  • Level 3 → Elevated Flyover from Ragigudda to Central Silk Board
  • Level 4 → Yellow Line Platforms
  • Level 5 → Pink Line Platforms
