Ilie Stan (born 17 October 1967) is a Romanian footballer who played as a midfielder for teams such as Gloria Buzău, Steaua București, Cercle Brugge or Național București, among others. After retirement, he started a football manager career and was on the technical bench of UTA Arad, Gloria Buzău, Victoria Brăneşti, Steaua București, Zakho FC, Foolad F.C. or SCM Gloria Buzău, among many others.
