Howard G. Livingston[1] (February 19, 1907 – June 1, 1975) was an American politician. He served as a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives.[2][3]

Livingston was born in Marshall, Texas.[4]

Livingston served in the Florida House of Representatives from 1943 to 1944 and again from 1955 to 1962.[2][3]

Livingston died[5] on June 1, 1975, at the age of 68.
