Henry Evans Monroe (born December 30, 1956)[1] is an American former professional football defensive back in the National Football League (NFL). Monroe was selected by the Green Bay Packers in the seventh round of the 1979 NFL draft. He began the 1979 season with the Packers, finishing it with the Philadelphia Eagles.
