Gregory Gunter or Greg Gunter, also known in San Miguel de Allende, as The Dream Pro, is an author, real estate broker, international property specialist[1] business owner,[2] retail real estate developer,[3][4] and former architect.

Biography

Gunter received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Arkansas in 1981. He completed his MBA in real estate and finance from the University of Colorado in 1986.[5]

His career began as a residential architect for the Denver subsidiary, led by Charles Keating. He later transitioned to retail development with Vancouver-based Pan Pacific Development Company. After that Trizechahn Development (now known as Trizec Properties), he was on the development team responsible for landmark U.S. retail projects, including the Academy Awards venue Ovation Hollywood.[6]

He later co-founded San Diego-based retail development services firm 3rd Works.[3][4]

Gunter opened Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colonial Homes San Miguel as Mexico's first and flagship office for the Warren Buffett-led brand in 2020.[1][7]
