Flagellosphaeria is a genus of fungi in the family Amphisphaeriaceae.[1] This is a monotypic genus, containing the single species Flagellosphaeria polytrichospora. The genus was proposed in 1995 by the Dutch mycologist André Aptroot in 1995.[2]
