I can't make out where Lisa P. Jackson, the EPA Administrator is. She's either between Duncan and Blair or between Holder and Chu. The woman next to Duncan is right-handed (picking up a pen with her right hand, all we see) and Jackson is seen in pictures as left-handed, so I'm leaning towards the woman next to Chu.

The yellow tie between Emanuel and Rice is Larry Summers, Clinton's Treasury secretary and the woman between Holder and Chu appears to be Hilda Solis, the Labor secretary. User:Duffy2032
