Replaceable fair use disputed

First, I apologize. As I have learned more about "Fair-Use" I realized that as a living person, I should have uploaded this with the {{AutoReplaceable fair use people}} and {{Replaceable fair use disputed}} templates.

I believe that a free replacement image cannot be reasonably found or created for this image. Due to the secretive nature of Mormon Fundamentalist sects, (This individual is the President of the AUB) no alternate image can be found or even exists for used to illustrate the subject matter (J. LaMoine Jenson), of any kind, free image or otherwise. I have spent sometime searching for any image, let alone a free image. The only images that exist is the uncropped image of the Apostolic United Brethren Priesthood Council 1990 which is supplied in the source. While searching for any image of Jenson I found absolutely NO other images of him. While images of "Living" persons are usually considered "Replaceable" (under the first non-free content criteria) this is an exception, thereby meeting [WP:NFCC]] #1 ie. No free equivalent.
