@Rob Kam: We need to find more non-primary sources to establish notability. One was present (Between the Brackets) and I recently added one that I could find on Google (Kotaku). We also need to keep the article active (there's auto-deletion if no edits were done in 6 months) while it's in draft, and submit it when we think it's complete enough to pass creation. -Vipz (talk) 01:22, 24 June 2022 (UTC)

Although I'm providing sources about John Lewis being blocked by WMF, in case it's of any use, there's already enough relevant information about the founders in the draft article. Aside from Rosetta Code and History of wikis where it's directly mentioned and external links sections on various articles that link to Miraheze wikis. I want to chime in that it's weird no one is picking up Miraheze for a review, interview or recommendation, even though it's hardly an obscure wiki farm in this day and age where corpo Fandom is gobbling up all other competition. -Vipz (talk) 04:49, 2 February 2023 (UTC)

All of these are forum or social media posts so they aren't usable, though it's sad to see it go. Even if, getting an article only after a shutdown isn't great. Fingers crossed that a new team forms up to save Miraheze before the planned shutdown. –Vipz (talk) 13:33, 17 June 2023 (UTC)

Hi. I misclicked while using the phone and accidentally saved before inputting the proper edit summary. I then corrected this in my subsequent edit (dummy edit), which contains the actual edit summary that was intended for the previous edit, and it is in this edit summary that I have given my reasons for the revert. —Alalch E. 14:21, 6 July 2023 (UTC)

Change of management: It would be useful to note in the article that User:CA/UA left to setup WikiForge/WikiTide and then the 'internal drama' happened, followed by volunteers leaving Miraheze for WF/WT, some staying with Miraheze and a third party offered to keep Miraheze running. Even Miraheze is lucky to get mentioned here and there in sources, and I doubt WF/WT are going to have any coverage whatsoever anytime soon. This is a question best answered on a dedicated page like the Miraheze FAQ (or some other site to avoid bias). –Vipz (talk) 14:51, 9 July 2023 (UTC)
