Zeeshan Naeem (born April 1st, 1994 in Peshawar) is a Polish – Pakistani businessman, scientist and technology enthusiast. He is the head of Autonomous Driving Assistance Systems of ZF Group in Poland. Along with leading 3 other departments of Functional Safety, Cybersecurity and Systems Integration & Testing.
Early life and education
editZeeshan graduated from Warsaw University of Technology in 2019 with degrees in Electric, Hybrid Vehicle Engineering and Autonomous Driving Systems.
Business career
editHe worked as a broker in a trading company buying and selling miscellaneous products from the USA and EMEA from 2010 – 2020. He joined this business at a very young age of 15. In 2020 he founded Do.I.T in Warsaw. The company began as a software house and expanding into artificial intelligence. In paralell between 2015 – 2019 he worked at Toyota Motor Corporations R&D and a French groups Stellantis subsidiary Faurecia. In 2021 he joined ZF Group as head of Autonomous Driving and Advanced driving assistance systems. Looking at market needs he grew his department into 3 other domains of Functional Safety to comply with ISO safety standards and Cybersecurity to ensure deployment of secure technology inlcuding High Performance Computers (HPC's) and complete AD & ADAS systems comprising of Camera's, Radar's for Passengers cars and Commercial Vehicles.
Some of his clientele includes: Porsche, VW, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Daimler Trucks, Iveco, Stellantis (Maserati, Peugeot, Alfa Romeo, Citroen, Fiat, Jeep), Zoox, GM, Toyota, Jaguar and Land Rover.
