Vivek Tiwari (born 09 April 1996) is an Indian lawyer[1] and policy advisor based in Chandigarh, India. As a counsel, he practices before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi and Punjab and Haryana High Court. He is a former scientist[2] and has been associated with a legal battle against the Bar Council of India for ensuring financial security and implementing minimum remuneration guidelines for young advocates and law interns in India, preventing their financial exploitation.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11][12][13][14]
