Višnja Radosavljević (born September 14, 1993, in Belgrade), known professionally as Sherry, is a Serbian artist.
Early life and education
editRadosavljevic was born September 14, 1993, in Belgrade and was raised in the neighborhood of Zemun. She attended Zemun Gymnasium and Singidunum University, where she studied psychology. She also attended the Institute for Foreign Languages in Belgrade, where she reached proficiency in English, as well as the Instituto Cervantes, where she learned Spanish.
Radosavljevic has engaged in various activities. From ages 6 to 15, she trained in Serbian dances, performing with three major troupes: KUD "Branko Radičević", AKUD "Branko Krsmanović", and KUD "Abrašević". She also represented Serbia in competitions across Europe. From ages 13 to 18, she also performed on television. In 2016, around age 23, Radosavljevic joined the hip hop dance group UV Dance.
From ages 11 to 23, Radosavljevic trained in martial arts, eventually receiving her black belt.[1]
At age 17, Radosavljevic began her modeling career with the Fox Model Agency. She remained with the agency for five years, during which time she was a cover model on Serbian magazines. Also around age 17, Radosavljevic completed a professional makeup artist course, after which she began doing makeup for music videos, commercials, and photoshoots. Three years later, she took a course in film makeup and special effects, aligning with the organization of the Festival of Serbian Fantastic Film. In 2019, she participated in a competition organized by the Cinema Makeup School, where Višnja emerged as one of the top five contestants. In February 2023, she graduated from the Cinema Makeup School, having specialized in special effects.
Career
editAfter completing a makeup course at age 17, Radosavljevic began working in a photo studio and providing educational seminars regarding makeup application. She eventually established her own company. At age 21, she began working with MAC Cosmetics. During this time, she also worked as a makeup artist for Serbian singers and performers for television appearances and music videos. In 2019, she worked as a makeup artist for Rocketry: The Nambi Effect. She later worked on CBS's SEAL Team, The CW's The Outpost, the Serbian TV series Kalkanski Krugovi, and the British TV series Miss Scarlet and the Duke, among many others.
