Vasily Vasilyevich Vitkovsky (Russian: Василий Васильевич Витковский, 13 September [O.S. 1 September] 1856 – 20 March 1924) was a Russian geodesist, topographer and astronomer. He was acting chief of the General Staff Academy (Russian Empire) (February - September 1915), Lieutenant-General of the General Staff [ru] (1909). As of 1918 he served in the Red Army as military specialist.

• St. Vladimir 3rd degree.
