Trinity Oaks is a public elementary school founded on August 8, 2006, in Trinity, Florida. Trinity Oaks Elementary School is a part of the Pasco County School System. The school mascot is the "Mighty Oak" and their school colors are green and black.

Trinity Oaks Elementary was originally held in portables on the Trinity Elementary campus from the beginning of the school year in 2006, to the beginning of 2007 when the school was built. The location has 36 regular classroom's, 1 art room, 2 music rooms, a Physical Education field and shelter, and most recently a Computer Science room. The Principal, Mrs. Hoskins, said of the school in an Article written in 2006, “It’s a real family affair, It’s like we are finally here.” Michelle Hanson (School Teacher) said “My goal is to have it looking like a real classroom when the kids come back in January”.
Unfortunately, the school made a hire they would later regret. Joel Cupp was a inaugural teacher at Trinity Oaks, and worked there for 2 years, until he was fired. According to a Chronicle Online article from 2009, “ A 30-year-old former Pasco County teacher convicted of trying to lure children over the Internet asked for forgiveness Thursday from the court, family, friends and God.” The article also stated even more frightening details, “ During the time Cupp chatted online with people he believed were minors, Citrus undercover officers also received images Cupp sent from his webcam in which he was exposing himself, according to the sheriff’s office. Officials said Cupp admitted to the crimes and later resigned from the Pasco County School District. Cupp was a teacher at Trinity Oaks Elementary School”. Cupp is still in jail to this day, and once he is released, he will be labeled as a Sex Offender.
The 2020-2021 school year was a big one for the school, It took part in the Pasco County Schools Coronavirus protocols, and had an MSOL option for all grade levels. The 2020-2021 school year was also a massive one for the staff. According to current and former teachers, “the beloved Principal Hoskins, after an amazing 15 years of administrating the school, finally moved to a new post in Odessa Elementary nearby, but that didn’t last long as she was offered a higher up position in Pasco County Schools, in which she happily accepted, that is where she resides today.” During the end of the year, the only art teacher Kathy Walters, and Media “Guru” Donna Young, both retired after a long 15 years being in their positions since opening day. Other teachers and staff who were there for 10+ years decided to move to a different school once Melissa Jarvis became the Principal, as they felt that it was a good time to explore new schools, and see what other amazing schools Pasco County Schools had to offer.
Trinity Oaks Elementary is still open today, and is going on its 17th year of operation.
