Tijjani Aliyu is a Nigerian banker and executive director of risk management at Keystone Bank, a technology and service-driven commercial bank in Nigeria. He has over 30 years of banking experience, spanning various roles such as credit analysis, corporate banking, business development, and branch management.[1][2] Aliyu initially joined Keystone Bank in November 2017 as General Manager and Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and later ascended to the role of Executive Director on July 25, 2019.[3][4] He officially retired from the position on October 26, 2023. Aliyu holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Bayero University, Kano State, and obtained his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Bangor University, Bangor, UK, in 2018. Additionally, he is recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Bankers in Nigeria, and an Associate of the Institute of Bankers in Scotland and Wales.[5] He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Credit Administration of Nigeria.[6][7][8]
