Early life edit

Stakhov was born into a family of a Soviet engineer and later an entrepreneur. He completed his education at the Kyiv Externat at the age of 14 with a silver medal and by 15 was already a student at the Kyiv National Economic University. At the age of 20, he graduated with honors, receiving a Master's degree from the Department of International Economics and Management. He also received professional training and an international diploma as an expert in stock markets and securities trading.

Carrear and Business edit

Between 2011 and 2013, he was involved in large national sports and infrastructure projects such as the "NSK Olimpiyskiy" "EURO 2012" and the "Professional Hockey League" He led the development of commercial directions, attracted sponsors, and international partners. In 2013, he moved into entrepreneurship and was at the forefront of the construction and development of satellite cities of Kyiv. In 2016, he founded the parent company OKEAN[2] and within a few years, became a pioneer not only in the restaurant business and seafood trade but also in film production with PIE POST production. Prior to 2020, he was a well-known Kyiv restaurateur (Matzo and Oysters network owner and founder)[3], entrepreneur, and the largest importer of oysters and other seafood through the company OKEAN in Ukraine. He is recognized for creating a culture of mass consumption of oysters in Ukraine[4], earning the nickname "The Oyster King"[5] and by August 2019, he held 74% of the country's official import of oysters and other types of mollusks. This contribution positioned Ukraine within the top five European importers and consumers of this category of goods. He is also credited with discovering the "CHERNAIA KOROLEVA" oyster variety and creating trade marks like "St. Patrick" and "Grevelingen".

Changes edit

After the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and a personal tragedy of losing his family, he decided to pursue esports, becoming a professional athlete in Cyber Football (FIFA) and within less than a year, became a finalist in the Ukrainian EsportsBattle League.

Great russian invasion: 2022- edit

His plans for developing esports as a healthy alternative to gambling and other harmful dependencies for the Ukrainian youth changed dramatically on the night of February 23-24, 2022, when rockets began to hit Kyiv and a hostile army crossed the borders of Ukraine. That day, Stakhov decided to participate in the war and joined the ranks of the Georgian National Legion without any military experience or fear. His life, like the lives of millions of Ukrainians, changed radically as he dedicated his time and efforts to assisting the Georgian National Legion. In June 2022, after being saved by doctors and surviving a significant blood loss, he quickly recovered and continued his activities, but as an assistant and advisor to the commander.
