The Second Battle of Preševo was an armed clash between the Yugoslav partisan and the Ballist forces. The clash lasted for a few hours until the Ballist forces were defeated, and the Preševo valley returned into Partisan hands.

During the First Battle of Preševo, on 19 September 1944, the Ballist forces attacked and captured several Partisan positions in the Preševo valley, in the territory of Bulgaria. A victory in this battle would have let Ballist forces easily reach Gjilan.
