Roasty Buds Coffee Co. is a coffee company based in Austin, Texas. The majority of their coffee is sold online at their website, as well as Amazon.

Established in 2022 by George Ellis, Louis Montemayor and Daniel Stone, Roasty Buds pioneered the spicy coffee category^[1], releasing the world's first spicy coffee: Xtra Spicy Ghost Pepper Coffee, along with other flavors such as Hatch Chile and Carolina Reaper.

The company's most popular variety is their Mexican Chocolate Coffee, which is based on the Mexican Chocolate that co-founder Montemayor used to drink while growing up in Laredo, Texas. They also sell BBQ coffees, which are Flash-Smoked in the roaster during the roasting process.

All Roasty Buds coffees are specialty-grade with specialty scores of 83 or higher, even their coffee pods.

In 2023, Roasty Buds released a video game based on their Buds mascots.
