Ramesh Yanthra is an Indian Visual artist and filmmaker born and raised on farmland in Salem, South India. After completing his master’s degree in fine arts, he worked as an art director on several films. Among others, he directed the short documentaries “Gudiyam Caves” (2015), “Danish Fort” (2016) and “The Father of Indian Prehistory” (2017). “Tractor” is his feature-length directorial debut.
Tractor movie has been selected to screen at the 48th edition of the Mostra - Sao Paulo International Film Festival under India Focus | New Directors Competition taking place in Brazil.[1]
