Princcess Elisabeth Helene of Thurn and Taxis, Margravine of Meissen (15 December 1903 – 22 October 1976) was a member of the house of Thurn and Taxis as a daughter of Albert, 8th Prince of Thurn and Taxis and his wife, Archduchess Margarethe Klementine of Austria.

She was born in Regensburg, as the only daughter of Albert, 8th Prince of Thurn and Taxis and Archduchess Margarethe Klementine of Austria. On 16 June 1923, age 19, she married Prince Fredrich Christian of Saxony, second son of Frederick Augustus II of Saxony and his former wife Archduchess Louise of Austria. They had 2 sons and 3 daughters.
