(Maryland Subdivision)

The Parkersburg Subdivision was former rail line owned by CSX in the United States of America.[3] The majority of the line in West Virginia is now part of the North Bend Rail Trail. The portion from Clarksburg to Grafton is now the Bridgeport Subdivision and Mountain Subdivision, as part of the Baltimore Division.[4]

History edit

Baltimore and Ohio (-1973) edit

The section in Virginia began as the North Western Virginia Railroad.[5]

Chessie System (1973-1985) edit

Under the Chessie System this line existed as part of its Ohio Division and Monongah Division with two sets of mileposts[6]

CSX (1985-) edit
