Park Gun-wook (Korean: 박건욱, born January 10, 2005), also known by the mononym Gunwook (Korean: 건욱), is a South Korean singer and rapper. He is best known for competing on the survival reality show show Boys Planet where he ranked 5th in the final episode, earning him a spot in the South Korean boy band Zerobaseone.[1]

He was born on January 10th, 2005 in Osan, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea.

2021–present: Pre-debut and Zerobaseone edit

Gun-wook made it to the final round of MBC’s Extreme Debut: Wild Idol, which formed the K-Pop group known as TAN. However, he was unable to make it into the group’s debut line-up[2]

On December 29, 2022, Park was unveiled as a contestant on Mnet's reality-survival show "Boys Planet".[3] The show premiered on February 2, 2023.[4]

On April 20, 2023, Park placed 5th with a total of 1,386,039 points in the final episode of Boys Planet, allowing him to debut with the winning group, Zerobaseone (ZB1).[5][6]
