Oxagon is a planned region in Neom that is expected to become a port city and logistic hub. It will have an octagonal shape and a large section protruding into the Red Sea. Neom developers claim the offshore part will be the world’s largest floating structure. It is part of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 to diversify its economy from oil. It is planned to have a cruise terminal and oceanographic research center as well.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11]
