Nizama Hećimović (1985 - August 11 2023) was a Bosnian woman from Gradačac who was brutally beaten and shot execution style on Instagram Live by her boyfriend Nermin Sulejmanović on August 11 2023. Hećimović had a Russian Blue cat named Cezar. At the time of the case she had a 8-months old daughter.

Murder of Nizama Hećimović edit

Few days before her death, Nizama hid at her aunt's apartment whilst her boyfriend was trying to murder her. On 11th August 2023, her boyfriend bursted into the apartment Nizama was hiding at and grabbed her by hair and forcibly pulled her in his car alongside their daughter, he then drove to their home and there he beat up Nizama while her daughter was watching. Nermin then turned on Instagram Live, 12 thousand people tuned in. In the Live Nizama could be seen beaten up and her face swollen, whilst their daughter was in the background crying. Nermin then said that he did this because Nizama reported him to police for domestic abuse few months earlier, he then asked her why she did it and she said that she was scared for the baby and herself, Nermin then proceeded to shoot her and ran off to kill 2 more people in Gradačac. Nermin posted another live stating that he murdered many people before and after he was finished with the live he commited suicide.
