M.S.V.V. Fyrfad (from Dutch Maastrichtse Studenten Volleybalvereniging) is a student volleyball association from Maastricht and connected to Maastricht University and Hogeschool Zuyd. It is one of the biggest student sport associations in Maastricht and is affiliated with the MUSST Sports Coucil. Currently the team has over 170 members, playing in 4 mens teams and 7 womens teams, which all play in the NeVoBo competiion ranginng from 1st class to recreational. Additionally there is 1 mixed team for begginers, that does not take part in any competition.
Fyrfad trains and plays their home games at the UM Sports sports centre at Debyeplein 15, Maastricht.
The organisation is aslo known for their activities, like the gala or the cantuses. Affiliated with the organisation is the sorority V.D.G. Voramus.
