Moreover, the TTAB found that Ortronics' use of the trademark was likely to cause confusion among consumers. The cancellation of Ortronics' trademarks "Layer Zero" (serial number 77580392) and "Layer 0" (serial number 77580391) was confirmed by the TTAB's decision.[17]
