Hell's Kitchen Thailand (Thai: เฮลล์คิทเช่นไทยแลนด์) is a reality television cooking competition show produced by Heliconia H Group Company Limited, purchasing the rights from ITV Studios in the United Kingdom. Produced in the style of Thailand Hosted by Chef Pom - Kwantip Devakula, Chef Willment Leong, Chef Aof - Nattawut Thammaphan and Chef Ian - Pongtawat Chalermkittichai. Format

Hell's Kitchen Thailand is a reality cooking competition show that uses a continuous elimination format to test the culinary determination of the contestants, from 16 contestants down to just one winner throughout the season. Hell's Kitchen Thailand Uses the same format as the US format. That is, recruiting contestants from all walks of life. with experience in cooking Including students of culinary courses and professional chef join the competition.Contestants are divided into red teams for women and blue teams for men, who will receive chef uniform shirts with colored panels on the shoulders. Everyone will stay on the same team for most of the competition. But the head chef can transfer some contestants. If the number of contestants is not equal Or the working abilities of the two teams are very different. But in Thailand's format, there is a difference in that there will be 4 head chefs. Therefore, every week, the contestants must make and serve 4 types of food, which will be change according to the head chef who controls the event. Dinner is served each week as follows:

1. Classic Western Cuisine maintained by Willment Leong
2. Contemporary Thai Cuisine maintained by Kwantip Devakula
3. Modern Western Cuisine maintained by Pongtawat Chalermkittichai
4. Asian Twist maintained by Natthawut Thammaphan

Elimination

At the end of the dinner (after close Hell's Kitchen), contestants on the losing team will join together to eliminate at least two contestants who they think should be eliminated from the competition. (Or sometimes the head chef in charge of the event that week will choose themselves without having to go through the selection process from the contestants.) The head chef in charge of that week will be the judge of the person who must return the Hell's Kitchen uniform. and at least 1 person eliminated in each week.
