foundit, formerly Monster APAC & ME, is a leading talent management platform offering comprehensive employment services to recruiters and job seekers. Founded in 1994 in the United States under the name Monster.com, the company has since grown to become one of the world's largest job search websites[1][2] . In November 2022, the Asia-Pacific (APAC) and Middle East (ME) divisions of the company rebranded as foundit[3][4]. foundit has 70+ million registered users as of February 2023[5][6].

In addition, foundit also offers tools[7] and resources (foundit insights tracker[8][9][10][11][12]), virtual career fair[13] to help job seekers and employers manage their careers and businesses. These include salary tools, training and development resources, and more.

In 2018, Quess Corp acquired Monster Worldwide’s businesses in Asia-Pacific and Middle East regions and is operational in India, Singapore, Gulf, Philippines, Malaysia and 15 other countries[14]. India is the nerve centre for the APAC and ME operations.

In 2021, Monster APAC & ME raised over 137.5 crores from Volrado Venture Partners and Meridian Investments[15][16].

In 2022, Monster APAC & ME announced that it would be transforming into a full-fledged talent management platform[17] as it rebranded itself to ‘foundit’ in the Asia-Pacific and the Middle East regions.

In November 2022, Monster APAC & ME, having been acquired by Quess Corp, officially announced that it would be rebranding to foundit with a new vision and logo. The rebrand marked the transition of the job search platform into a full-fledged talent platform offering comprehensive services to recruiters and highly personalised and contextual services to job seekers across these regions[18].

The rebranding exercise was preceded by an interesting marketing gimmick where a number of Monster India’s top staff shared goodbye notes on professional networking site, LinkedIn[19]. This activity garnered around 2 million impressions and 1000+ mentions from LinkedIn users and media publications[20]

In September 2023, Ministry of Labour and Employment signs Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with foundit.[21]

In October 2023, JAIN Online and foundit collaborate to offer career support programmes to students.[22]

In November 2023, foundit launches new recruitment product.[23][24]
