- Elena Grace as Calandra Wing/Marchen, a special agent with sensorineural hearing abilities in investigating and solving crimes. She teams up with Agent Ryan Choi in catching the local serial killer in Fey Hollow, whom they call FTK.
- Joshua Simon as Jebediah Sings, a famous conspiracy theorist and a DJ in the city of Fey Hollow. Calandra thinks that he is connected to the FTK.
- Naomi Yeo as Sammy Tujorn, a former janitor for Jebediah Sings.
- Devin Baird as The FTK, Fey Hollow's greatest killer, who commits fairy-tale inspired murders around the city itself.
