Casper Racism is when a teacher or person, directly insults or discriminates someone named casper, or discriminating because of how he eacts, this can be severly depressing and cause anxiety and stress, to the person named casper, so tip, never bully someone, or else.. you're racist. since back in the ol' days, people named casper, we're enslaved and beatun, until they gave up, and did what there owners said.
