Brad A. Kinnan is a director, producer, photographer and editor from Michigan.[1][2] His first film credit was Lost River (film), directed by Ryan Gosling. In 2017 he founded the Los Angeles-based commercial production company DYNMC Creative.[3][4]
Kinnan is a prominent video director and personality within the Synthwave music genre and has worked with several recording artists, including The Midnight, Parallels (band)[5], Michael Oakley, Wolf Club, FM-84, Ollie Wride and The New Division. His music video for "Running In The Night" by FM-84 is the second most viewed video on the popular YouTube channel and record label NewRetroWave[6].
In 2020, Kinnan produced the short film Thirst[7] in association with 20th Digital Studio, which premiered at HollyShorts Film Festival[8] starring Charlie Barnett (actor) and directed by Stefan Dezil[9]. Kinnan's film production company, DYNMC Films[10] produced the mystery comedy film Hayseed (2023 film) starring Kathryn Morris, Nolan North and Bill Sage.
Kinnan edited the official music video for the 2025 Grammy Awards nominated song, "Dilemma" by Green Day.[11]
