Anna Moneymaker is an American photographer who has covered assassination attempt of Donlad J. Trump in 2024. She is a staff photographer of Getty Images in Washington, DC.

Anna Moneymaker grew up in Albuquerque, New Mexico and received a bachelor’s degree from American University in 2018, with a major in film in media arts and minor in international studies. Her work centers on many notable subjects that surround politics, the arts, and the humanities in the United States.

Up from 2018 she worked for The Hill and covered a multitude of events, like the Kavanaugh confirmation process to Senator John McCain’s funeral. Later Moneymaker had an internship on the multimedia desk for Agence France Press, doing editorial work for the wire’s social media outlets. From July 2019 until June 2020 Moneymaker workedfor the New York Times, covering Capitol Hill and the White House as a photojournalist intern.[1] She becam a staff photographer for getty images.

On the 13th of July, 2024, Anna Moneymaker took one of the world-famous photograph during the assassination attempt of the 45th President of the USA, Donald J. Trump[2][3][4][5][6][7], capturing an intimate image of Trump on the floor of the stage, taken peephole-style through the legs of a Secret Service agent shielding him.[8]
