editIn 2021, the Ratfilm studio announced the creation of the film "Pigger: The Bloody Night", which was supposed to be released in 2022. The release date was later pushed back to 2023, but the film was never released.[2] The film's title was later changed to "49 Shijuku: origin", after which the exact release date was announced as October 24, 2024.
