editThe articles in this category clack consistency - we have:
- Aird, Western Isles
- Tong, Outer Hebrides
- Tarbert, Isle of Harris
- Borve (Isle of Barra)
- Sandwick, Lewis
In an attempt to create some kind of consistency that's in line with use elsewhere (e.g. Category:Villages in Mull, Category:Villages in the Isle of Arran, Category:Villages in Orkney) I'm proposing that the names be:
- Foo, Islename
- with special dispensation for Lewis and Harris.
we would thus have:
- Aird, Lewis
- Tong, Lewis
- Tarbert, Harris
- Borve, Barra

One reason for attempting consistency - it is clear that Coll, Western Isles and Coll, Outer Hebrides are in fact both Coll, Lewis and need to be merged. Ben MacDui 18:35, 29 December 2010 (UTC)
