Suggested renaming

@Buaidh: would you have any objection to renaming from User categories by region to Wikipedia user categories by region, cf. Category:Wikipedia user space? If that's OK then I propose to speedily rename the new categories by location, country and continent under C2E, and list this one under C2C. – Fayenatic London 15:07, 17 November 2019 (UTC)

@Buaidh: yes, but I only created Category:User categories by location recently to match this one, and I think they should all be called "Wikipedia user categories". – Fayenatic London 12:55, 22 November 2019 (UTC)
