editI'd like to request that this template be renamed "People convicted of murder in Arkansas". Or even "People convicted of murder by the State of Arkansas". People are not convicted of anything by the land designated as Arkansas, they are convicted of crimes by the State, by the Justice system, by the Attorney General... but not by the land.
